The card is made 10 working days (although in all normal banks 6-7, it is not clear why this is due) 2. SMS notifications - payable service(although in almost all banks it is free). 3. The mode of work leaves much to be desired from 9-00 to 18-30, taking into account the fact that the bank does not work on weekends, there are only 3 bank branches in the whole city, many people work until 6 and cannot get into your bank cleanly physically (even let's say Alfabank works until 19-00 and on weekends) 4. I do not receive SMS notifications that my card is ready and it is fashionable to take it, why can't I receive an SMS with a notification that the card is ready ?! Why should I bother with unnecessary dates ?! 5. These are, of course, queues - long, incomprehensible queues. Why should I spend 1 hour of my life in your queues ?? Well, if there were such queues in all banks! There is only BPS. SMS on transactions either came twice, or did not come at all. As a result, I could find out the real balance on the card only through an ATM or the Internet, which caused inconvenience. I always received the same answer to repeated calls to the technical support service: everything will be fixed. Over the past 3 months, notifications have stopped even for enrollment Money... And still the same problem with the notification after the withdrawal of funds was not fixed. It turns out that the bank, charging me a monthly subscription fee for SMS notification services, does not properly fulfill its obligations to me. And still hasn't fixed the problem.
