After payment, the economist explained that the Internet banking service is activated, and, if desired, I can register on the BPS-Sberbank website and use it. Upon registration, a one-time commission for connecting the service in the amount of 7.5 Belarusian rubles will be charged. If you do not register, no commission will be charged.

Also I can download mobile app "BPS-Sberbank" and use mobile banking. The app is free and comes as an add-on to internet banking. The card is activated within 3 hours.
