There are also sports grounds, and paths, and places for recreation for adults. And most importantly, all this happiness is protected from the passage of cars.

The latter will have to be left on the territory of the ground parking: the underground project is not provided. The parking lot has 5 floors and 500 spaces: not enough, of course, for such a large number of apartments, but there will also be guest parking lots along the perimeter.

Location Features

The residential complex is located 3 kilometers from the Moscow Ring Road. Motorists will get to the capital along the Kiev highway, which freezes in the morning and evening in the inevitable traffic jams. As for pedestrians, they can walk in 20 minutes to the Rumyantsevo metro station, a little further away is the Salaryevo station.
