The latter will have to be left on the territory of the ground parking: the underground project is not provided. The parking lot has 5 floors and 500 spaces: not enough, of course, for such a large number of apartments, but there will also be guest parking lots along the perimeter.

The residential complex is located 3 kilometers from the Moscow Ring Road. Motorists will get to the capital along the Kiev highway, which freezes in the morning and evening in the inevitable traffic jams.
