It is not very clear what kind of reservoir is meant in the name of the complex (the canal, although not a river, is still closer), but this is hardly a minus. One-room apartments are distinguished by relatively spacious hallways - up to 5.5 square meters, 10-meter kitchens, there are options with separate bathrooms.
