It is not very clear what kind of reservoir is meant in the name of the complex (the canal, although not a river, is still closer), but this is hardly a minus. On June 19, 2019, the Khimki city prosecutor's office checked the construction site. The documents say that it was suspended due to the revocation of the license from Legion Bank. Today, according to the prosecutor's office, the work is progressing and it will end in the 1st quarter of 2020. But investors don't think so. They seek the status of a "problem object" for the LCD.
