Literally, everything was like that in the Danilovsky district of the South Administrative District of Moscow until, in 2013, the factory giant named after Likhachev ordered to live long. His legacy in the form of almost a hundred hectares of land was divided between the residential complexes under construction: "Park of Legends" and "ZILART". But Nos. 1, 2, 7 and 8 were less fortunate - their implementation was postponed to the fourth quarter of 2019. Well, someone will have to wait longer for the cherished keys of a Christmas tree exactly by year.

The rest of the buildings will be commissioned in the second stage - this event is expected in the fourth quarter of 2020. Although the dates do not apply to all cases, but only to a certain part for sale. No one knows when the final completion of the "construction of the century" will take place.

Each section features designer finishes, high-speed elevators, concierge rooms and public areas. Another feature of some houses are windows of various shapes, interesting geometry of facades. Housing problem

Since the main theme of the new building is art, it was decided to build the Hermitage-Moscow museum complex on the territory of the complex.
