Varlamov can not live like this luxury villa. Elite villa in Sochi that you will never forget

I am writing this post, and my hands are trembling... Fingers do not hit the buttons, so you will forgive me... If you suddenly dare to look under the cut, you will understand me! I have seen a lot in my life. Was, was ... Even in Stavropol was, where. But now I understand that I have not seen life! That I didn’t smell gunpowder, that by a lucky chance I bypassed real hell ... And he was nearby, at my side, in the historical center of Moscow!

Please, have mercy on yourself, close this post!

I warned you...

Maybe we should not?

Are you sure you want to see this apartment?

There is still time to stop!

I warned you!

Description from the owner:

Luxurious apartment in the historical center of Moscow, Exclusive architectural project with an unusual design solution, built-in kitchen and designer furniture from leading world brands, windows overlooking a quiet cozy green courtyard, direct sale, more than 3 years in the property, legal redevelopment.

A small Moscow stalin on Sadovoe ... As they say, nothing foreshadowed trouble! Who would have thought that there, behind these windows and doors, there would be hell?

Let's start with the bathroom... The usual market classic from the 90s, only the golden shower hints that the owner is not as simple as it seems!

HM...

Let's go to the bedroom. She may seem too bold! The walls are upholstered with plush leopards, the bedspread is the same ... Bright canary walls add madness. But even this picture will not surprise the sophisticated reader. Haven't we seen this?

Okay, dear reader. That was the preparation... Now we will go to the altar of this temple of crazy design!

But first, I want you to calm your eyes a little.

Relax and remember it's not too late to close the blog...

WELCOME!

Isn't it wonderful? In such a kitchen, you want to run like a fly in a jar and bang your head against the walls! This kitchen makes me want to go crazy! This is a real holiday!

Pay attention to the bed behind the curtain! I want to remind you that this is "an exclusive architectural project with an unusual design solution!" I want the designer of this interior to give lectures to the people at election rallies.

Now you have seen everything, dear ones... Your life will never be the same!

Blogger Varlamov writes: Today, in your favorite column “You Can’t Live Like This,” an “elite villa” is presented. I ask you to immediately notice that it was not I who called her that, but the owner! Repair, by the way, is also elite!
Here is a description of this miracle:
The philosophy of the villa is the harmony of natural beauty and functionality of a modern home. The object combines architectural tradition with the quality and technical achievements of modern architecture. The property is located in the most prestigious area of the city of Sochi, just 150 meters from the sea and the Dendrarium park. On the landscaped territory of the complex - a swimming pool, a bar, small architectural forms, flower beds, special lighting systems, cozy and quiet places to relax. The entrance group of the vestibule and hall, elevator and floor areas are finished with marble, metal, glass and mosaics. All these finishing elements create a feeling of special comfort and sophisticated style. Repair: Elite repair
Your villa is the future of the new millennium!

Now get the kids away from the monitors. Ready?
TA-DAM! Yes! Yes! Yes! There she is! Luxury villa with an area of 1368 square meters and a cost of 900 million rubles! Yes, I also asked myself why it looks like a provincial shopping complex ... Located in Sochi.

But this is a villa! Something tells me that its owner is related to the furniture center "Grand" or "Three Whales" ... Muscovites will understand what I mean ...

In the best traditions of 3-star Turkish hotels, there is a swimming pool here. In the pool, a piece of artificial rock and a flower in a pot are a must!

See what a delight! There is even a bridge. Bliss!

Not! This is not a shopping complex in the construction market of Chelyabinsk, this is an elite villa in Sochi! We put an LSD tablet under the tongue - and let's look inside!

We are rich here! There is even an elevator! What do you want, 6 floors! Ceilings are a particular weakness of the designer... It seems that these are the consequences of some kind of childhood trauma... Maybe the parents in childhood forgot the future author of this project in the circus for a week?

It's funny that on such a large area the designer could not make a normal living room. As a result, instead of a living room - two sofas from the furniture market and some kind of cheap plasma panel. Hidden wiring? What hidden wiring ... Yes! They didn't think of making hidden wiring to the wall speakers. However, against the background of the rest of the pi ... this may not be noticed. And don't forget to look at the ceiling. One more pill under the tongue… Then it will be fun!

Paintings fit especially well into the interior ... What they were, they hung them! What are you picking on? The main thing is the ceiling!

In the center of the house we have a large atrium and a dining table. On the slope of the column you can see a collection of rosettes…

Nice! I want to put on a red silk robe over my naked body, dye my hair green and receive guests here!

Chandelier!

Kitchen. No, I don't know why they hung up the TV like that. And I don't know how the architect got such an intricate ceiling.

Second floor

Cabinet! Apparently, the bedside table under the TV was left from the previous elite villa of the owner.

Let's go to the bedroom. Pay attention to the installation "horseshoe"! Apparently, for family happiness. There is a fly agaric on the ceiling ... Did I advise you on LSD? Enough ... Let's have a mushroom on the cheek!

Ceiling in the style of "scrambled eggs". Something is wrong with the furniture. Where is the flight of fancy? Where are the bright colors? It seems that the interior designer at the time of choosing furniture let go a little ...

Another bedroom

And now…

ATTENTION!

A! Be careful! I don't want to quibble, but why isn't toilet paper next to the toilet, but next to the bidet? Apparently, the designer suspected that with such an interior, a person would not reach a push ...

The second bathroom after that seems to be a model of austerity…

But the police should have questions about the third bathroom in this villa. It seems to me that at some point the designer was killed, and someone else finished the project… I don’t believe that the same person who worked on the rest of the premises came up with it.

There is also a floor with baths! I love this… A person builds a house for himself for almost a billion rubles and puts the cheapest plastic windows and doors everywhere, like in a market stall…

There are two baths. Turkish

And a normal sauna.

Everyone... I will never forget this...

I'm thinking: wealthy people read me - maybe buy this villa and demolish it? Let's make the world a better place?

We continue to study how people live ... Let me remind you that some time ago I started looking for a new apartment for myself and came across amazing offers on the real estate market. Today I will tell you about another masterpiece.

Fate is not always fair to people. Someone is born in the wrong place, someone in the wrong body, and someone in the wrong era at all. Once in our world, these people suffer all their lives and try to correct the mistakes of fate. They perform sex reassignment operations, change the environment and social circle. Someone still cannot come to terms with injustice and withdraws into himself and goes crazy. Our hero today was clearly born in the wrong era. He was supposed to live in a palace, walk around the gardens of Versailles, go to receptions and balls, challenge offenders to duels, and fate threw him into a small town in the Moscow region, in a ghetto with five-story buildings, an industrial zone and eternal Russian shit under his feet. Tell me, is it fair? Fortunately, our hero did not give up, did not give up and created a real palace in his apartment! Let's see what happened.

01. Entrance to the apartment! The level is immediately visible.

02. The walls of the apartment are decorated with skillful frescoes…

03. In the plots - balls, hunting, high society receptions.

04. Let me remind you, friends, that you and I are in an ordinary apartment of an ordinary monolithic-brick house. But will that stop the prince? Furniture from the latest lines of the price list of the furniture salon.

05. Luxurious kitchen!

06. One problem - Russian architects build too small concrete bags for our fellow citizens! The prince's fantasies do not run wild here. Why such low ceilings? Why such small rooms? CLOSELY! But nothing, the painting on the walls takes us to Italy...

07. The apartment is multi-level, this is what the staircase looks like.

08. Sometimes you can forget that you are in a godforsaken town far beyond the Moscow Ring Road.

09. There is a palace in every room! Lovely green color, my entrance was painted with such paint;)

10. Gym on the balcony.

11. Frescoes again, this time we are in Ancient Greece!

12. Imperial dressing room

13. Library

14. Fireplace room

15. The door to the cellar

16. Balconies also did not go unnoticed by designers. Flowers bloom on the ceilings, wonderful landscapes on the walls.

17. What a charm

18. Yes, the balconies are small, but it doesn't matter! Design knows no bounds!

19. F… ... The view from the window is like the strike of a clock in Cinderella. The carriage immediately turns into a pumpkin, and the fairy-tale castle into an apartment on the outskirts of a town near Moscow ... If I were our hero, I would hang up a plasma so that the beautiful gardens of Versailles are shown outside the window, and not Russian reality.

20. Bathroom

21. There are many of them and they are all different. Unfortunately, for small bathrooms do not make luxury baths. But nothing, you can cut a niche in the wall if the bath does not fit. Once again - there are no boundaries for design!

22.

23. Another bathroom

24. And this is a bathroom, apparently for servants! Somehow very humble.

25. Guest bathroom.

26. There is a sauna in the apartment in the palace!

27. Font

28. A piece of the Mediterranean

30. Let's go out on the roof ...

31. Here, too, everything is gorgeous.

32. Beauty

33. Rich!

34. Upstairs we have an open kitchen

35.

36. What a miracle!

37. Here is another fireplace and a table covered with crocodile skin!

38.

39. Do not forget, we are still in an ordinary apartment

40. More kitchen

41. Old Russian melancholy

42. Rooftop pool!

I looked at all this feast of design and luxury and thought, what does it remind me of? Oh! Wow, what! I forgot to show you the owner's carriage!

This is how people live. The apartment is for sale, 66 million rubles and you can become a prince near Moscow.

While the rational part of Russia calls on the authorities to focus on Europe, some European countries, apparently, liked our “special” way: in the Czech Republic they are going to ban bicycles, but leave cars!

This strange story began back in 2016, when Segways and other electric vehicles were banned in the central area of the capital Prague 1. Soon all this was banned in many other areas of the city.

But officials did not foresee all the consequences - city residents and tourists switched to ordinary bicycles, which also filled the streets of the city.

In this situation, it would be logical to separate the flows by creating separate pedestrian paths and bicycle infrastructure, but the authorities decided to do it differently - to ban bicycles!

“Keeping cyclists out of Prague 1 is not our goal. But we must protect the interests of the residents of our city area and the citizens of the whole city, who have been complaining about the situation in pedestrian zones for a long time. At the moment, we are considering a solution that is widespread in other European cities,” said Prague 1 Deputy Chairman Richard Bures.

Authorities say bicycles are unsafe for pedestrians and plan to ban them from 10 am to 5 pm. At the same time, the passage of cars will not be further restricted. Moreover, as part of the central streets given over to legal parking.

The data shows that 21 pedestrians have been injured by cars in the last 10 years, and only three have been involved in bicycle accidents. The city has 900 cars for every 1,000 inhabitants, twice the rate of other European cities.

Bicycle activists oppose the measure. Other counties with bike-friendly policies see the city center's position as undermining their own efforts.

“This is a very stupid decision that will cut off central Prague from the infrastructure that has been built for cyclists in other areas of the city,” said Jan Cizinski, mayor of the Prague 7 district, which includes the vast Letná Park overlooking the city and great bike paths. “If they want to allocate more space to pedestrians, it is better to move street cafes, which are plentiful in the center,” says Tsizinsky.

Previously, in 2016, bicycles were completely banned in Venice, as there is simply no place in the city to create bike lanes in narrow streets. In 2017, bicycles were banned in Moscow's Zaryadye Park:

“Due to the difficult terrain in the park, movement on roller skates, skateboards, scooters, hoverboards and other personal vehicles is not allowed. You can leave your bike at one of the bike racks located around Zaryadye, says an announcement at the entrance to the park.

All week they sent me links with photos of one Kiev entrance. You have probably already seen this masterpiece of modern design. But if you haven't seen it, check it out. You can't get past this. A good example of the fact that it is better to do nothing than to do "beautifully" without education, taste and sense of proportion. With many of our cities, the same thing is happening with this unfortunate entrance. Poorly educated people come to power, who consider it possible to get into design and architecture. Sadly. Of course, what happened in Kiev is a crime. I don't understand why some people are touched by this horror.

01. All this was created by pensioner Vladimir Chaika. He spent 15 years decorating the stairwells in the Baroque style. He did not ask anyone for money and did everything with his own hands.

02. So far, only three staircases in house 11A on Raduzhnaya Street in Kiev have been decorated with stucco and gilding.

03. Vladimir told reporters that he does not make any plans and sketches - he invents all the ideas and details right in the course of work.

04. Vladimir's son is very proud of his father's work: “Dad is just in love with architecture and painting. It's all his doing! He did all the beauty not in one day. It took 15 years of hard work! I helped him a little financially with materials and stucco casting. Some parts are heavy, 20-30 kilograms, helped to install on walls and ceilings.

05. Vladimir specially selected portraits that would be honored to hang in the updated interior of the entrance. His relatives then helped to print them in a large format.

06. What motivated a pensioner to spend 15 years of his life on re-registration of the entrance? He answered: “In 1997 I experienced clinical death… And since that time I wanted to have time to do something beautiful, unusual for people and myself. Some say that the style of my work is similar to the baroque, but I do not agree - it's just my style.

07. “When I do this, I forget about everything in the world, about all the problems. It gives me pleasure. The neighbors like it too, and I try to please them again and again. By the way, I didn’t do such repairs in the apartment, everything is normal there.”

08. Elevator to a fairy tale

09.

10. Vladimir does all this with his own money. He does not yet have the financial ability to complete the other floors.

11. The main attraction is the garbage chute-column. Vladimir says that some neighbors are embarrassed to throw garbage into such beauty.

12. “I often redid my work. For example, I redid the ceiling on my floor four times until I liked it,” says Vladimir.

13. “Even newlyweds come to us to do photo shoots, they say, they say, we will tell everyone that we live here. And on those who call it
